Article 1 (Application)
These terms set out the conditions for using CSV Checker («the Service»). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Article 2 (Usage limits)
Usage and row limits may apply depending on whether you use the Service as a guest, on a free plan, or a paid plan. See in-app display or the FAQ for limits.
Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)
You must not use the Service in violation of law, infringe our or third parties’ rights, or disrupt operation of the Service.
Article 4 (Data)
CSV files are processed in your browser and are not sent to or stored on our servers. We may collect and store information such as email and usage count for authentication and usage management. See our Privacy page for details.
Article 5 (Advertising and third-party services)
The Service may display third-party advertisements (for example Google AdSense). Advertisers and ad technology providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. In that process, limited information such as device or browser characteristics and approximate location may be processed as described by those providers.
How we handle personal data, cookies, and your choices (including personalised advertising settings) is explained in our Privacy policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that such advertising may be shown.

We may change these terms when necessary. Updated terms take effect when posted on this site.
