How to compare two files
Detail guide
Select latest file
Drag and drop or click to select the baseline CSV in the «Latest data» area (left). This file is the reference (newer/current) for the comparison.
After selection, row count, column count, encoding, and delimiter are shown.
Select the CSV to compare (e.g. previous version) in the «Comparison data» area (right). Same structure (columns, delimiter) as the left file is recommended.
When both are selected, the «Go to detailed comparison» button becomes active.
Click «Go to detailed comparison» to open the result page. Choose which columns to display, then view the table with added, deleted, and changed cells color-coded.
The key column for row matching is auto-detected; you can change it under «Key column» if needed.
